上網找到一篇[url=http://www.zimbra.com/forums/users/764-connection-refused-port-10024-a.html]文章[/url]說這應該是[url=http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/]amavisd-new[/url]沒啟動造成的問題，果然下了
service amavisd start
然後再下
postfix flush
信件就一封一封收到了。

要徹底解決這個問題，就是設定讓系統每次重開機時自動執行amavisd-new，指令如下：
chkconfig amavisd on
