經過不斷尋找及實際測試後終於找到了下面這篇文章

裡面提到可在這邊下載及安裝vorbis.acm
[url]http://svn.xiph.org/tags/vorbis/vorbisacm_20020708/[/url]
在 vorbisacm.inf 按滑鼠右鍵 ，然後選安裝。
